NanoGel series IEX resins are designed for purification of large modality biologics such as antibodies , viral vectors and vaccines. Their supports are rigid poly(styrene-divinylbenzene) (PS-DVB) beads of uniformed particle size and very large pores (average pore size ≥ 1500 Å). Through polyhydroxyl surface modification and special surface extender chemistry, these NanoGel ion exchange resins are enabled with low non-specific binding property and high binding capacity.

Chemical Stability

Stable in commonly used buffers, 1 M HAc, 1 M NaOH, 1 M HCl, 70% ethanol, 30% isopropyl alcohol, 30% acetonitrile,1% SDS, 6 M guanidine hydrochloride, 8 M urea, etc. Avoid long-term exposure to strong oxidant.

Do not be exposed to strong oxidants (such as hypochlorite), oxidizing acids (such as nitric acid), strong reducing agents (such as sulfites), acetone, or benzyl alcohol.
