Nano series IEX resins are based on highly cross-linked porous PS/DVB matrix. The surface of the matrix is ​​bonded with a hydrophilic layer, which minimizes the non-specific adsorption of biomolecules by the matrix. Nano series IEX resins have demonstrated superior resolution performance, and they are mainly used for high resolution polishing.  For example, NanoQ-30L and NanoQ-15L are widely applied in oligonucleotide AEX chromatography purification, and NanoSP 15L and NanoSP 30L are popular CEX chromatography resins for insulin and peptide purification.
