NanoMicro’s UniPS™ polymer microsphere spacers are monodisperse microspheres composed of highly cross-linked PS-DVB polymer. They have very narrow particle size distribution and can control the thickness of the box without causing damage to the substrate.

Particle sizes of UniPS® spacers are accurately measured on a Beckman Coulter Counter Multisizer 3 calibrated with NIST traceable standard particles

Nanotech offers three series of UniPS® spacer products: H, X and A. Regular stock products are available in particle sizes from 2 µm to 50 µm, with 5.8 µm to 9 µm in 0.1 µm intervals. The recovery rate and elastic modulus of the A series are the highest, followed by the X series, and the H series is the smallest. Customers can choose suitable UniPS® spacer polymer products for LCD, PDLC or other fields according to their needs.
