In order to solve the problems of poor chemical stability of ultrapure silica gel, narrow pH applicable range and short service life, NanoMicro developed the UniHybrid® series of hybrid silica media. They are monodisperse silica gel having wider working pH range, longer service life, therefore are more suitable for separation and purification at higher pH conditions. UniHybrid® series of reversed-phase silica chromatography packings provide C18, C8, and support other bonded phase customization.
UniHybrid media not only have the characteristics of high mechanical strength of ultra-pure silica gel media, but also has the advantages of acid and alkali resistance of polymer resins. They can minimize non-specific adsorption of strongly polar and basic substances, and improve their separation effect.
