FareBeadTM conductive microspheres with nickel shell and gold shell produced by NanoMicro technology are widely used in microcircuit connection. FareBeadTM conductive microspheres has the advantages of uniform particle size, high conductivity, suitable elasticity and strong adhesion between metal shell and polymer core. FareBeadTM conductive microspheres is designed for connection between micro spacing electrodes, such as vertical conduction between COG and LCD glass plates ; FareBeadTM conductive microspheres is dispersed in the binder to prepare anisotropic conductive film (ACF) or anisotropic conductive gel (ACP) for LCD display assembly.
FareBeadTM conductive microspheres has obtained a number of national invention patents.
