UniSil reversed-phase chromatography silica gel has a complete range of reversed phases in various particle sizes and pore sizes, to meet the various needs from laboratory analytical high-performance liquid chromatography (UPLC, HPLC) analysis to industrial preparative and process high-performance liquid chromatography (Prep-HPLC and process HPLC), for various organic compounds, natural products, fermentation, semi-synthetic antibiotics, and protein macromolecules. We also provide product customization for special applications.


C18 phase is the most popular reversed phase for most applications, with wide versatility, suitable for the separation and purification of most peptides, antibiotics, and natural products, etc.


C18 AQ phase is designed for reproducible retention and excellent peak shape in highly aqueous eluents even 100% water, and typically enhance separation of highly polar compounds such as water soluble compounds like vitamins and organic acids, peptides, proteins, and nucleotides.


C18 Polar phase can also be used in 100% aqueous mobile phase. Selectivity is different from C18 AQ.
